Table Tennis Training Website:- tabletennistraining.weebly.com IMPORTANT NOTE : Remember to lift the ball for a downspin or side spin return or serve and push or flat hit for top spin , the stroke must be in an OPPOSITE direction to the serve or return , also try to roll over the incoming no spin ball by using a scooping stroke . Variate your serve with a long and short serve with the ball just over the net , if you have an Inverted rubber on the other side , use Inverted rubber to set up a downspin serve then attack the downspin return by lifting the ball to a good placement . There is always someone out there playing better than you , so don’t be afraid of being a loser, I believe Practice makes prefect, Good Luck !!
